Making Appointments

Please call our main number at 214-739-5821 to schedule appointments with either our physicians or estheticians during normal office hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm. Also, we understand that our patients will have emergency situations and must see a provider as soon as possible. Due to this need, we have time for emergencies every day so please contact us and we will help you find a suitable time that fits your needs. If there is not a time slot that is mutually suitable, and it is not a true emergency, we will call you as soon as a cancellation occurs.

Telephone Calls Regarding Medical Questions

During normal working hours, please call our office at 214-739-5821 if you have any questions regarding your condition, medications, or treatment. Our medical assistants are trained to answer your questions, arrange for prescription refills, or help you with any other medical issue. All questions will be validated and verified by a provider prior to the medical assistant returning your call. If it is necessary to speak to the provider directly, they will return your call as soon as possible. In order to provide you with the best possible medical care, the physician may request that you be re-examined in the office and our office staff will try to accommodate your schedule to do so in a timely fashion.
